xsd: drop
This package is outdated and fails to build currently.
It was only used by libdigidocpp, which doesn't need it anymore since
https://github.com/open-eid/libdigidocpp/commit/79d700149c349bd0d44a2b35e0181d1ff149230f,
and is of the very few remaining packages still using gcc9Stdenv.
Drop it entirely.
