libdigidocpp: drop xercesc and xsd
Since https://github.com/open-eid/libdigidocpp/commit/79d700149c349bd0d44a2b35e0181d1ff149230f,
libdigidoc doesn't need xercesc and xsd anymore.
It now uses libxml2/xmsec1.
