nixos/openrgb: systemd service cleanup
- Run service after lm_sensors:
Align with upstream's systemd ordering.
- Sync service description with upstream.
- Cleanup `ExecStart` using `escapeShellArgs`:
Avoid ad-hoc `toString` and `escapeShellArg` by wrapping the whole
thing in `escapeShellArgs`.
