asitop -> macpm: migrate to maintained fork, fix build
Migrate from 'asitop' to maintained fork 'macpm',
which fixes an issue related to temp files owned by root.
Fix python application build.
Symlink 'asitop' in the final package to maintain backwards compatibility.
