dvdauthor: fix build
referenced the archlinux package for this:
<https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/dvdauthor>
stay on the latest stable release -- 0.7.2 -- but cherry-pick the
patches from upstream which fix compatibility with libxml2, etc.
all of these patches have been merged upstream and can be removed
if/when upstream makes another release.
