far2l: 2.6.3 -> 2.6.5, fix improper wrapping (#419004)
* far2l: 2.6.3 -> 2.6.5, fix symlinked executables not working due to improper wrapping
Update far2l to 2.6.5
Also fix the wrapper breaking symlinked executables (far2ledit, far2l_sudoapp, etc). These symlinks rely on argv[0] to determine which command to run, but the wrapper was clobbering it. Now it preserves the original argv[0].
* far2l: replace xercesc with libxml2 in dependencies due to changes in 2.6.5
