freewheeling: build with fluidsynth (#157085)
Fixes constant stream of warning messages
"UserVariable: WARNING: Can't convert invalid variable!"
due to "SYSTEM_fluidsynth_enabled" var in the default
"coreinterface.xml".
Enables MIDI synthesis out of the box.
