perlPackages.MailDKIM: add missing CryptX dependency (#366744)
We've been getting `Can't locate Crypt/PK/Ed25519.pm in @INC` when
trying to `use Mail::DKIM::PrivateKey`. This is especially critical as
this crashed our sympa instance.
