python3Packages.pytest: don't wrap binaries
This is necessary to avoid problems like
https://git.lix.systems/lix-project/lix/issues/964 where pytest cannot
be recursively invoked. Unfortunately due to various Nix limitations,
tooling problems (https://github.com/Mic92/nixpkgs-review/issues/554),
and performance issues, I have absolutely no clue how I can meaningfully
test this aside from kind of yoloing it into staging.
