dockerfile-language-server: 0.11.0 -> 0.14.1
Update to use new features see:
https://github.com/rcjsuen/dockerfile-language-server/blob/v0.14.1/CHANGELOG.md
It is derived from dockerfile-language-server-nodejs which is still
using the old name. I am not sure if I should delete the old version or
not so I keep it for backwards compatibility. Also use tag instead of
rev to follow conventions laid out by fetchFromGithub.
