lcalc: workaround for vendored <complex>
https://gitlab.com/sagemath/lcalc/-/issues/16
add -D_GLIBCXX_COMPLEX -D_LIBCPP_COMPLEX -D_LIBCPP___FWD_COMPLEX_H to
prevent including system <complex> and use the vendored copy.
