dezoomify-rs: fix `checkPhase` with `sandbox=relaxed` on Darwin
hyper uses SystemConfiguration.framework to read the system proxies on
macOS [1]. Allow the corresponding Mach service in the sandbox profile
to allow the tests (which use reqwest and hyper) to pass.
