yandex-browser{,-beta,-corporate}: drop
Last update in nixpkgs was in September 2024 and May 2024 before that.
The referenced .deb archives in src appear to have vanished some time
end of December 2024 and as such this package no longer builds.
A browser that is based on chromium shouldn't go months without updates.
Chromium stable releases every 1-2 weeks and almost every single one of
those releases contain critical security fixes.
