cudatoolkit: prune broken symlinks in `postFixup`
As cudatoolkit is currently written, 11.8 introduces a broken symlink in `include` (also named `include`) and in `lib` (named `lib64`).
This trips up some consumers, like `tensorflow-gpu`.
