asciidoctor-with-extensions: add 'text-hyphen' gem
Needed to control hyphenation in the PDF backend[1], or else:
asciidoctor: WARNING: optional gem 'text-hyphen' is not available (reason: cannot load 'text/hyphen'). Functionality disabled.
