librealsense: add missing support to udev rules
Without proper udev rules realsense-viewer and library cannot properly initialize. See : https://github.com/realsenseai/librealsense/blob/6b52d27df931eb2ea83318f32535f8c3fe042928/scripts/setup_udev_rules.sh.
