vpl-gpu-rt: Set platforms to x86_64-linux only
The upstream README notes:
> Operating System:
> - Linux x86-64 fully supported
> - Linux x86 only build
But the SSE4 optimizations in the `ipp` library depend on x86_64
specific assembly.
The only supported platform seems to be "x86_64-linux".
