gdal: disable test_pdf_extra_rasters test
The poppler bump from 24.02.0 to 25.05.0
(bca7bc52d36e4957bd7abf04604d2c7acce1a784) broke this test on aarch64
builds.
https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/11805 suggests this isnt the first
time, so let's disable this test.
