nexusmods-app: 0.6.3 -> 0.7.0
- `fetchFromGithub` -> `fetchgit` for git-lfs support
(Needed for at least one test)
- Bump .NET SDK & runtime 8 -> 9
- Still need .NET 8 runtime for StrawberryShake
