nexttrace: unpin Go builder, mark broken on darwin
Seems like upsteam support for Go 1.23 was added in https://github.com/nxtrace/NTrace-core/commit/69588b0d14187ee00f48aa04e5617256148c3ecf,
project builds and run the help command.
