libunarr: backport `cmake-4` incompatibility
Without the upstream fix the build fails as:
libunarr> CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:1 (cmake_minimum_required):
libunarr> Compatibility with CMake < 3.5 has been removed from CMake.
