nodePackages.@electron-forge/cli: drop
Upstream(per https://www.electronforge.io/cli#installation) suggests
installing the CLI locally, instead of globally. Also per
https://github.com/electron/forge/issues/2190, nixpkgs' version of the
CLI has issues anyways.
