azure-cli-extensions: test extensions can be used in az
This ensures the extensions can be imported and executed as part of
azure-cli. Sadly, this test is quite expensive, as it requires to
rebuild the azure-cli package for each extension.
I couldn't manage to include a working import check for extensions.
