gogui: 1.4.9 -> 1.5.3 (#240190)
gogui on sourceforce has been abandoned for about 7 years. This PR
migrates to the fork on github that seems to be actively maintained.
This also migrates from a binary distribution to building the program
from source, which is why there are a lot of changes.
