zola: fix build with rust 1.45 (#129852)
The lexical_core 0.7.4 dependency doesn't build with rust 1.53.
The zola "next" branch updated it to 0.7.6 which builds fine so this
will be fixed in the next zola release. In the meantime, use the older
version of rust.
