lilypond: avoid resetting the PATH in makeWrapper
Using `--set` obscures the user's `PATH`, which
`lilypond-invoke-editor` depends on. The problem can be reproduced by
setting the `LYEDITOR` environment variable before executing
`lilypond-invoke-editor`.
