Revert "bmake: 20240808 -> 20240921"
This reverts commit bf213776214687cf87f26212c1102ccccffbdb5b.
This wasn't a big rebuild on nixpkgs master, but now on staging-next
it would rebuild *-darwin stdenv, which would be too expensive
at this point.
