terraria-server: add dependency
would not build without libgcc, complaining with
> error: auto-patchelf could not satisfy dependency libgcc_s.so.1 wanted by /nix/store/khj3cwb417ldhfn28zx28665x1ljh5x1-terraria-server-1.4.4.9/Linux/TerrariaServer.bin.x86_64
