blightmud: use rustPlatform.bindgenHook
By using `rustPlatform.bindgenHook` as a `nativeBuildInput` the
Blightmud derivation's custom LIBCLANG_PATH and preBuild step can be
removed outright. See the languages frameworks Rust hooks docs[0] for
more information.
