texture-synthesis: fix build with rust 1.76+
- add patch updating rustc-serialize, new version includes:
https://www.github.com/rust-lang-deprecated/rustc-serialize/pull/200
- use `fetchCargoVendor` to remove `Cargo.lock`
- switch `sha256` to `hash` in `src`
