luaPackages.magick: fix libMagickWand-7.Q16HDRI path on darwin
Darwin uses .dylib as the extension for dynamic libraries. Replace the
hardcoded extension with stdenv.hostPlatform.extensions.sharedLibrary
to fix magick support on darwin.
