haskellPackages.gi-g*k_4: remove aliases
We are now using gi-gtk == 4.0.12 and gi-gdk == 4.0.10 by default, so
these aliases are no longer necessary. This just leaves an intriguing
duplication with gi-gtk4 and gi-gdk4, but that's something for upstream
to figure out…
