pyhon3Packages.deal: fix build by disabling test
Disable 'test_exception_hook'.
Since commit 6d9c72445899838d00828e85b2c5057b99ccc8b0
(pytest 7.1.3 -> 7.2.0) the test fails.
Official CI builds with pytest 7.1.2. There doesn't seem to
be a way to submit an upstream issue.
