linux: add passthru.isVanilla
For use by consumers that want to iterate over all Linux Kernel packages
to, e.g., find the latest “vanilla” version that matches some version
constraint. (E.g. This will soon be used by ZFS’s
latestCompatibleLinuxPackages)
