ida-free: add openssl dependency to libida64
The cloud decompiler is currently not working because it tries to
dlopen() openssl. openssl is added to the RUNPATH of the main ida64
binary, but not of this helper library. Tell autoPatchelf to add it by
adding a reference to it.
