platforms.nix: kirkwood_defconfig is gone, use multi_v5_defconfig
kirkwood_defconfig was removed in 3.17, and our kernel headers are based
on 4.4. Make this change to allow the armv5tel bootstrap tarball
to build again (I can't test it, though).
