fetchurl: remove broken/outdated GNOME mirrors
- ftp.belnet.be is outdated
- ftp.acc.umu.se returns a 403
- fr2.rpmfind.net is outdated
- ftp.nara.wide.ad.jp is outdated
- ftp.cse.buffalo.edu is unresponsive
