gscan2pdf: 2.13.4 -> 2.13.5 (and fix build)
This release fixes issues with imagemagick 7.
This change also re-enables two disabled tests which are now passing.
The font init has been fixed upstream.
The Tesseract input is aligned to the currently supported version.
