speedcrunch: migrate to `qt6`
- Speedcrunch supports `Qt6`, this commit implements it.
- The commit used has been bumped as the prior update limited the
unstable version to the latest penultimate upstream commit as the
latest commit enforced the use of `Qt6`.
- Updated the `description` and `longDescription` to align closer to the
current upstream documentation of the program.
- General reformatting.
