hdapsd: 20141203 -> 20250908
Update to the latest upstream release, which includes the fix for building
with modern GCC that treats implicit function declarations as errors.
Changes:
- Updated version from 20141203 to 20250908
- Switched source URL from evgeni/hdapsd to linux-thinkpad/hdapsd (repo moved)
- Removed fix-usage-call.patch (fix included upstream)
- Added pkg-config to nativeBuildInputs (now required)
- Updated homepage to new GitHub repository
