nixos/transmission: correct typo on systemd StateDirectory
systemd would previously create a nonoperational
"/var/lib/transmission/watch-dir" directory due to a typo in the
StateDirectory array ("watch-dir" -> "watchdir")
I have corrected this by using the pre-declared constants for these
folder names.
