makeOverridablePythonPackage: take care of overrideAttrs
Make it possible to mix overridePythonAttrs and overrideAttrs, i.e.
((<pkg>.overrideAttrs (_: { foo = "a"; })).overridePythonAttrs (_: { })).foo now works
