sharutils: fix build for gcc 15
sharutils does not compile with GCC 15 due to C23 turning `true` and
`false` into reserved keywords. We fix this by applying patches from
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnu-utils/2025-03/msg00000.html
on the bug-gnu-utils mailing list.
