gibo: use versionCheckHook
Note that `writableTmpDirAsHomeHook` with `$HOME` is necessary to pass
the version check; `gibo` requires either `$XDG_CACHE_HOME` or `$HOME`,
none of which are otherwise defined in running `versionCheckHook`, to
store `gibo`'s boilerplate caches.
