typescript: prefer GitHub source instead of npmjs
The upstream repository had incorrect revisions for tags up to 5.8.3.
This issue was fixed in https://github.com/microsoft/TypeScript/commit/837e3a1df996b505e1d376fa46166740b7ed5450,
and the tags were subsequently recreated.
We can now revert the following commits:
- 38b1b87e90340d1a10f3b96cc602ddf9ba950c4c
- 054a2da8f20fb7396d5f08adab1f6ee29a7a7eea
- 1ef2f0078ca0fd4f61e6851a511cde3f7ad32964 # Except the updating version
