This update requires changes due to Bun 1.3.0:
- Re‑enable installation flags `--frozen-lockfile` and `--production`.
- Add `--linker=hoisted` to disable isolated installs temporarily.
Note: The `--linker=hoisted` workaround can be removed once upstream adopts Bun 1.3.0.
