gperftools: avoid pthread benchmarks on MinGW
The benchmark sources unconditionally include <pthread.h> and are not gated
for MinGW builds.
Apply ./mingw-disable-benchmarks.patch on MinGW to skip building the
benchmark programs (the core library remains buildable).
