makeHardcodeGsettingsPatch: Fix `schemaExistsFunction` w/o stdbool.h
If project uses C and does not include `stdbool.h`,
it will not have available lowercase booleans.
However, since this tool targets GLib programs,
we can rely on uppercase constants defined by GLib.
