llvmPackages.compiler-rt: clean up libxcrypt fix
This is unnecessary since LLVM commit d7bead833631 ("[sanitizer]
Remove crypt and crypt_r interceptors"), included in LLVM 18, the
oldest version we still have in Nixpkgs.
