vimPlugins.cmp-pandoc-references: change upstream repo
The current upstream
<https://github.com/jc-doyle/cmp-pandoc-references/> is archived. Use
<https://github.com/jmbuhr/cmp-pandoc-references> instead, which also
adds support for blink-cmp.
